Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored the British Motor Museum and caught a show at the Swan Theatre. The staff was friendly and eager to help, which made our stay enjoyable. Don't expect a gourmet breakfast, but the bar has good deals on drinks.

There were quite a few stairs, which might be tough for some guests. Our room was also cold on arrival, and the heater situation wasn't ideal.

It was a well-suited match for a walk in the evening in Leamington Spa with real value for money. The TV worked perfectly in my room, which was a relief after a long day. Avoid rooms near the bar if you want some peace.

The central location is a major highlight, offering easy access to public transport and nearby restaurants. the noise level was disruptive, especially from outside drunk patrons and street cleaning. Room amenities were lacking. the mattress felt outdated and uncomfortable. Breakfast was decent but the overall state of cleanliness and comfort left much to be desired.

I booked a standard king room with great views and a comfy bed. Perfect for a solo night out!

Not ideal for a celebratory night

We booked this place for our graduation night, but it ended up being a hassle. The staff tried to sort things out, but management was rude about the whole issue. Breakfast was decent but that’s about it. No good restaurants nearby for a celebratory dinner, though.

Great location for exploring local attractions. Loved the quirky ladder in front of my door, made my stay memorable!

the hotel was a pleasant surprise during my visit to leamington spa. the standard king room featured a comfy bed and stunning views of the nearby gardens. my previous stay was underwhelming, but here, i truly felt pampered.

the heating didn’t work properly.

The pub area downstairs has a cozy vibe with some local flavor, allowing for a bit of evening entertainment right at your doorstep. They also provide decent breakfast options, which can be a nice way to kick off your day.

Finding the hotel can be a pain since the entrance is quite hidden and combined with the pub. Many rooms are cramped. mine felt especially small with barely enough space to maneuver, and the lack of ventilation meant the shower room became a steam trap. I noticed that the carpet was stained and could definitely use a deep clean. The shower didn’t work properly, leaving water spilling onto the bathroom floor due to a faulty design, which made the experience less than comfortable. With the rooms situated above a bar, noise from karaoke and revelry below was interspersed with loud door slams from neighboring guests. On top of that, the stairwell leading up feels steep, making it a chore to lug luggage up and down. while I appreciated some aspects, they definitely need to rethink how they maintain the rooms.

I enjoyed my stay here primarily due to its prime location just a short walk from the town center and train station. The breakfast was delightful, offering a nice variety to start the day. While the room was cozy, the noise from the pub downstairs did disrupt my sleep at times. it was an affordable option with a lively vibe, but I would have preferred a quieter environment.

I appreciated the warm atmosphere and attentive staff, making me feel comfortable and welcome throughout my stay. The location was ideal for exploring Leamington Spa, with charming cafes and pleasant walks nearby, easily accessible even for seniors like me.
